Open the App → Profile → scroll to Danger zone → tap Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. The action permanently removes your profile, wishes, gift ideas, friend connections, blocks, reports, and uploaded images.

Open their profile → tap the three-dots menu in the top-right → choose Block user or Report this user. Reports include a reason and optional details and go straight to our moderation team. We aim to review every report within 24 hours.

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter the email you signed up with. We will send a one-time code; enter it in the App and choose a new password.

Sign in with Apple is an iOS-only feature provided by Apple. On Android and the web, use email/password or Continue with Google.

Open the App → Profile → toggle "Help improve WishScape" off. The SDK switches to opt-out mode and we stop receiving new analytics events from your device.

Wishlists have privacy levels (friends / custom / private). Your friend may have set theirs to a level that does not include you. Ask them to update the visibility settings on their wishlist.

If you encounter content that is illegal in your country or that threatens the safety of a person, in addition to using the in-app Report button please email support@wish-scape.com with as much detail as possible (a link or screenshot helps). For urgent threats, contact your local emergency services.

To request access to or deletion of the data we hold about you, or to exercise any other right described in our Privacy Policy, email support@wish-scape.com.
